Joinder of Mortgagee

WHEREAS, the Declaration of Condominium entitled "Declaration of Condominium of PLAYA del MAR CONDOMINIUM" was placed of Record on April 9 , 1975, in Official Records Book 6163 , Page 807 , of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, submitting certain lands to a condominium ownership,

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, hereinafter called the "Mortgagee" is the owner and holder of that certain mortgage upon the lands submitted to condominium ownership, said mortgage being executed by the appropriate officers of CORAL RIDGE PROPERTIES, INC., a Delaware corporation, with said mortgage being described as:

That certain mortgage dated March 29, 1974, and recorded in Official Records Book 5696 at Page 184 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida;

WHEREAS, the mortgagee desires to join in the making of the aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium for the purpose of spreading the liens of its mortgage over the condominium units and common elements of the aforedescribed condominium;

NOW, THEREFORE, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, does join in the making of the aforedescribed Declaration of Condominium for the purposes of spreading the lien of
